This policy explains how Aamils ("we", "us"), operating aamils.com, handles personal information. Contact: contact@aamils.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: the name, country/city, email, phone/WhatsApp number, service and project details you type in, plus the site language you used.
- WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram messages you send us, your profile name and number.
- Technical data: your approximate country (from your IP address, used only to choose the language and currency), browser language, and small preference cookies (
aamils_lang,aamils_cc) and local storage for your chosen currency. - Advertising measurement: if we run ads, the Meta Pixel may record page views and clicks on our WhatsApp button. You can opt out through your Meta ad settings or by blocking third-party cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare quotes and deliver the work you ask for.
- To answer WhatsApp messages automatically, including with AI models (Google Gemini). Messages are processed to generate replies and are not used by us to train public AI models.
- To show the site in your language and prices in your currency.
- To measure whether our ads and pages work.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
Netlify (website hosting and form storage), Google Cloud and Firebase (our messaging dashboard and database), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Messenger, Instagram, Pixel), Google (Gemini AI), GoDaddy (email). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and conversations are kept while we are in contact and for up to 3 years afterwards for records and follow-up, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving messages, by emailing contact@aamils.com or replying "STOP" on WhatsApp. If you are in India, this policy is intended to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you are in the EU/UK, you also have GDPR rights including objecting to processing and complaining to your data-protection authority.
Security
We use HTTPS everywhere, access-controlled dashboards and reputable cloud providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we act quickly on any issue and will inform you if your data is affected.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
